What is the Principle at Stride You Connect with the Most: Optimize for Outcomes, Not Tasks – I think this is central to a company’s success, as we must remain focused on the main strategy and the goals for the organization to make sound decisions and influence productive outcomes. If we only focus on the tasks we can easily lose sight of what’s best for the business and the clients.
