Beth Potillo-Miller is a trusted finance executive with over 25 years of experience directing strategy and execution across finance, accounting, investor relations, business operations, and HR in diverse, fast-paced corporate environments.
Beth has a broad-based financial background, having led treasury, FP&A, investor relations, and shared services organizations working for such corporations as Dole Food Company and Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Most recently as CFO at Belcampo, Beth was a key member of the executive leadership team, working on the transformation of a farm-to-table restaurant company into a CPG company. Beth also has extensive capital market experience, with total transactions of approximately $10B, including the financing for two LBOs, various acquisitions, an IPO, and multiple bank and public bond financings.
Beth is a problem solver – whether it’s a one-time issue, or developing and implementing new policies, procedures, and systems to make long-term improvements to help a business move forward. As a natural relationship builder, she believes effective communications and working collaboratively with all stakeholders are fundamental to a strong organization.
Beth holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University (Edwardsville).
