Top MSP Events to Attend in 2026

Explore the top MSP events in 2026, including key conferences, vendor events, and peer-driven gatherings. See where the Stride team will be and find the events that align with your business goals.

If you’re in the MSP space, you already know how quickly the calendar fills up.

Between conferences, peer groups, partner events, and regional meetups, there’s a lot happening throughout the year, and it’s not always easy to keep track of what’s where, when, and what’s actually relevant to your business. So, we pulled together this list to help make that easier.

Below, you’ll find a roundup of noteworthy MSP events happening in 2026, including a few Stride will be attending and others that may be worth keeping on your radar as the year moves along.

And because we know some of the most valuable conversations happen outside the big conference environment, we’ll also be hosting pop-up events in local markets throughout the year. If you’d like to hear about those as they’re announced, join our email list and we’ll keep you posted.

Events We’ll Be At

Pax8 Beyond

Salt Lake City | June 7–9, 2026

Pax8 Beyond continues to be a central gathering point for MSPs and vendors operating within the cloud marketplace. The conversations here tend to center around partner strategy, vendor alignment, and how service offerings are evolving alongside the marketplace itself. If your business is closely tied to vendor relationships or platform growth, this is one of the more relevant events on the calendar.

Stride will be attending.

GTIA ChannelCon

San Diego | August 3–5, 2026

ChannelCon brings together a broader mix of the IT channel, which shifts the perspective a bit compared to MSP-only events. You’ll find MSPs, vendors, distributors, and industry leaders all in the same place, which tends to lead to more wide-angle conversations around where the channel is heading, how expectations are changing, and what that means for operators.

Stride will be there, and we’ll have a booth.

ScaleCon

San Diego | September 24–26, 2026

ScaleCon has built a reputation for being more operator-focused and less polished than some of the larger events. It draws MSP owners who are actively working through growth challenges, i.e. scaling teams, tightening operations, and figuring out what needs to change to support the next stage of the business. That tends to shape both the content and the conversations.

Stride is planning to attend.

Other Events to Keep on Your Radar

In addition to the events above, there are a number of other MSP and channel-focused events happening throughout the year.

Some are tied closely to specific vendors or platforms. Others are more focused on leadership, operations, or niche areas like security and compliance. Depending on where your business is right now, these may be worth checking out:

XChange (March & August)

March 1–3 | Orlando, FL
August 9–11 | National Harbor, MD
Structured, relationship-driven events designed for MSPs actively evaluating vendors and building partnerships. If you are looking to refine your stack or make strategic vendor decisions, these are strong options at both the start and midpoint of the year.

N-able Empower

April 13–15 | Fort Lauderdale, FL
Centered around cyber resilience and operational maturity. Particularly relevant for N-able users, but increasingly valuable for MSPs focused on strengthening service delivery and internal systems.

MSP Summit (Spring & Fall)

April 13–14 | Las Vegas, NV
September 28–30 | Orlando, FL
A well-established event that balances vendor access with MSP-specific programming. The fall event also includes the MSP 501 Awards, which can be useful for benchmarking your business against top performers in the industry.

MSPGeekCon

May 17–19 | Orlando, FL
One of the few events built for the people actually doing the work. This is less about vendor exposure and more about hands-on learning, technical skill-building, and peer problem-solving across your team.

XChange Security

July 12–14 | Frisco, TX
A deeper dive into cybersecurity strategy, positioning, and execution. This is a good fit if security is not just part of your offering, but a core growth driver for your business.

ASCII Edge (Multiple Events)

Various dates and cities
A long-standing series of regional events focused on MSP growth, vendor relationships, and peer connection. These tend to be smaller and more conversational, which can be a strong fit if you are looking for more practical discussions and less noise than larger conferences.

NinjaOne MSP NXT

October 27–29 | Austin, TX
A strong option for MSPs using or considering NinjaOne. Focus areas include product roadmap visibility, operational efficiency, and peer networking within a highly engaged user community.

IT Nation Connect Global

November 4–6 | Orlando, FL
Often considered the anchor event of the year. With a wide range of sessions across leadership, operations, sales, and cybersecurity, this is one of the most comprehensive opportunities to step back and think strategically about your business.

ChannelPro LIVE (Multiple Cities)

Various dates across the U.S.
A more accessible option with regional events throughout the year. These are practical, focused, and free for qualified MSPs, making them a strong choice for teams that want consistent exposure to new ideas without the cost of larger conferences.

Smaller, More Focused Conversations

While larger conferences can be valuable, some of the most productive conversations tend to happen in smaller, more focused settings.

We’re seeing this more and more across the MSP space—smaller, invite-only dinners, peer group discussions, and curated events where the goal isn’t content or presentations, but real conversation between operators.

For example, this April we’re co-hosting a small MSP dinner in New York alongside Alternative Payments. It’s a limited group of MSP leaders, and the format is intentionally simple: no stage, no agenda, just time to connect and talk through what’s actually happening inside the business.

Those types of environments tend to create a different level of insight. The conversations are more direct, more practical, and often more relevant to what people are working through day to day.

We’ll also be hosting a handful of similar small-group, pop-up events in select markets throughout the year. If you’d like to stay in the loop as those are announced, you can join our email list for updates.

How to Decide Which Events Are Worth Your Time

Not every event is worth attending just because it’s on the calendar. The more useful question is: What does your business actually need right now?

Before committing to anything, it’s worth getting clear on a few things:

  1. What problem are you trying to solve?
Are you trying to improve profitability, refine your service offering, strengthen your team, or build better vendor relationships? Different events are built for different outcomes, and being clear on this upfront makes the decision a lot easier.
  2. Where are you in your growth stage?
An MSP working toward its first $1M will get something very different out of an event than one trying to scale from $5M to $10M. The conversations, sessions, and peer groups that are most valuable tend to shift as the business evolves.
  3. Are you looking for strategy, execution, or relationships?
Some events are built around big-picture thinking. Others are more tactical. Others are primarily about who you meet in the room. Knowing which of those matters most to you right now helps narrow the list quickly.
  4. What does your current stack or ecosystem look like?
If you’re heavily aligned with a specific vendor or platform, their events can be highly relevant. If you’re re-evaluating your stack, more neutral or partner-focused events may be a better fit.

Let’s Connect

If you’re at any of these events, be sure to say hello. We always love connecting with new MSPs and talking about what you’re seeing in your business.

And we’ll keep adding to this blog article as new events pop up, so be sure to bookmark this and use it as a reference guide throughout the year.
