Background on Stefani

I’ve worked in accounting for over 20 years and have about 8 years of controller experience.

The ability to work with individuals that are not finance oriented. I able to help them understand the numbers in a way that is useful to them.

Make and honor commitments is the one that stands out the most to me. Showing others they can depend on you strengthens relationships and allows for necessary growth in other areas. It is extremely important to me that others feel they can count on me. If I let someone down, I take it to heart and do what I can to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
